Bought the tube kit. While replacing hot end coupler, I tried to push the tube through to meet the hot end. No dice, appears blocked on the inside by a hexagonal shape rather than circle for it to pass through. Tube and new nozzles seem fine though

I ordered this with hopes it would fit my Silhouette Alta but it did not, should have known since Silhouette is known for “proprietary” parts on everything. Quality seems very good.

I bought this to hopefully fix my roommates printer. The tube is the only part we have no complaints about straight away. The nozzles haven't been tested yet.The silver fittings don't even fit over the tube. The first picture shows the original fitting compared to the 2 that come with the kit. Theres a huge difference in size and shape of the holes.In the second picture you can see how one of the plastic insert broke INSIDE the brass fitting.The description says these are Creality original parts and that they fit his printer. This is simply not true in this case. Really disappointed.
