Very Good But Too Thick For Me
I think this is a good night guard, I like the quality of it and the idea of it, but my mouth couldn't get used to it. The design is very good, but the "pads" that separate your teeth feel too "thick" for me. I think it's probably just me, so I am not taking any stars off, but I won't be able to use this. I think the functionality is exactly right but I need to find something thinner to help with my teeth grinding.

Saved Me Hundreds & Actually Works
My doctor wanted me to spend hundreds on a professional mouth guard, and honestly, who can afford that uncertainty right now? I decided to try this instead and I’m really glad I did. It’s comfortable, adjustable while wearing it, and actually does what it’s supposed to. It’s taken me a little time to get used to wearing it consistently, but that’s expected with anything in your mouth overnight. And yes, trying to talk while wearing it is a challenge (conversation is not its strong suit 😅), but for sleeping and preventing clenching, it’s been absolutely perfect.

Fits small
Was very excited to try this one as I have spent lots of $ looking for a good fit for my mouth. As soon as I opened I noticed it had a slight curve to the guard, should have put back in the box and sent it back, instead I tried it to see if it would fit, because of that curse in the product itself it continued to pop out on the opposite side , once I would get it in I would have to clench my jaw to hold it in place, which I’m trying to avoid. Since I put it in my mouth I am not our the the money spent.

Not the greatest fit for small mouth/frenula but making it work
I had a device fitted by my dentist , but stopped using it because I didn’t like consuming plastic pieces. I was good for about a year, but started grinding and getting daily headaches again, so I got this device as a stand in while I wait for a hemp device. On the smallest setting, it still pooches out my lower lip when worn as described, so I am unable to keep my mouth closed while wearing it. So it wouldn’t be great if I snored or side slept (drooling). It got a little more fitted as I slept, but I have an attached lower gum frenulum, so the connector piece was starting to dig into it and cause gum discomfort. I flipped it around and find it is more comfortable to wear the other direction with the connector piece resting on the outside of my top lip, since I can’t keep my mouth closed anyway (see photos). My mouth does feel better and no headache today, so it did its job. The plastic is more rigid so I think there would be less plastic consumption, but it does still have a plasticky taste that isn’t the best.

Easy to use and works well
I was worried about how this would work, but so far it’s great. I was having issues with clinching my teeth at night leaving my jaw and teeth sore. This has helped a lot. It take a little getting used to but now it’s not an issue at all. I would buy this again and avoid expensive dentist made ones.

Not perfect, but not bad!
I am trying different products to help me with my clenching and teeth grinding. I am trying to avoid paying $500 for a mouth guard from the dentist. First I had tried a classic boil and bite mouth guard, which worked well except I’m a total mouth breather at night and it blocked my air flow. This was the next thing I tried. Keep in mind, this is a cheap option and it’s not customized, so I already knew it wouldn’t be totally perfect. It’s definitely small, and the adjustment doesn’t really make it much bigger. I’d say it is just barely big enough to work for me at the biggest adjustment, I’m a woman in my 30s with a somewhat big head/jaw. At first it seemed really flimsy and I felt like there was no way it would stay in place or be comfortable. The instructions say to let it sit in your mouth for a bit so your body temp heats it up and makes it flex. I decided to pop it in and see if it would be comfortable while I was just hanging out in the day time. It definitely got more comfortable after being in my mouth for a big, and seemed to mold to my mouth a little bit. I’m excited to sleep with it tonight to see if it stays all night. Though it’s not perfect, I don’t necessarily regret trying it. A customized mouth guard would likely be more comfortable, but it would be 25x the cost of this product. Worth trying if you’re looking for a budget solution.

Above average quality and performance
Have been using this dental guard and am pleased with it. It is easy to use, fits well in mouth, stays in places, and effectively keeps tweth grinding from happening. Excellent quality.

Easy to bite through
It's too thin. The comfort isn't good enough to justify the price since the bite pads are so thin
