Well made, but it irritates my skin and my elbow feels better after I take it off.

Fits small. I bought compression sleeves from three different manufacturers and liked this one the least. Actually cannot wear as a compression sleeve due to small fit.

fits tightly, helps with achiness

This is without question the best of its kind. Many "compression" sleeves are nothing more than spandex, hardly compressive and often pretty flimsy, perhaps looking good but providing very little real support. This sleeve is strong and compresses very well. The tendinitis support strap is also the best of its kind. Most straps are thick and bulky, but this one lays very flat along the sleeve, and while it provides strong support, it lies so flat against the arm that it hardly noticeable even under a fairly tight long-sleeve shirt. I've tried many compression sleeves, and many tendinitis support straps as well, and this item is the best of both that I have ever come across. To have two functions in the one product is really terrific.
