Customer service fixed the issue quicklyOnly received one “T” fitting. The small bag it came in was cut open and the product description says 2pack

Quality fittings, no leaks or machining problems
Good price on some quality fittings. I used them on a 150psi air circuit without any trouble. Sealed well, no cracks, no complaints.
