Excellent tool to hone in the Traction EOS system. A must read for any integrators out there to ensure you and your team are set up for success to ensure your systems are FBA (followed by all)!!

I really enjoyed this book, I hadn’t read their other work yet. I particularly enjoyed the structure of the advice in documenting process. It’s hard to argue with the importance of documenting this crucial component, process. The tools and visuals were very useful for the reader. In summary, a very good read.

Great book if you are using EOS in your business

Amazing book . If you are looking to grow training and getting people up to speed is very important . This automates the process

One of the things with this type of book is that the authors have absolutely zero understanding of how reality works vs how their theories built in their bubbles work. First and foremost, remember you the founder is the core of your business, you have to be always present. If you prefer holidays and retirement then keep your SOP simple with a list of FAQs by your staff similar to what sites have for their customers and a list of important issues and how to deal with them. Nobody is going to run your business like you. Almost all these books that talk about cloning you are written by people making peanuts or stories that have survivalship bias. I am not saying you shouldn’t Processes and SOPs, they are part and parcel of your business so in case something happens to you someone else can run it smoothly. What I am saying is that don’t expect some staff getting paid pennies on the dollar to grow your business. They will follow the system but you have to be still there. You can reduce your work but you can’t just leave it for others to run. It’s doable but these books are not written by doers but rather by writers and consultants. It takes years to train a team to operate like you.

What’s a company without processes, absolutely organ and struggling. This book shows the key importance, the processes and how you can document the 20% of things that you do that get you the 80% of your results and then you can find consistency and efficiency throughout your entire organization.
