My daughter wanted matching mommy and daughter earrings after recently having her ears pierced so purchased these as a compromise of something acceptable for both adults and children. They are really comfortable and I have been able to leave them in my ears for a couple of weeks with no discomfort or itch which I generally get from leaving earring in for a while! My daughter has also had no issues with her recently pierced ears. Would highly recommend.
