I have had this for nearly two years now and can attest to its quality. I originally had a UK plug on my Echo Show 10 and needed the US version. This plug has been doing its job ever since. 5 stars

Good quality plug
So far no problem with it good quality and connectivity it works great like my old one

replacement cord works great
Could not find the original cord for an extra Alexa Echo Dot to give to my mom. I gave her an original cord from another Echo Dot and bought this for me. Works great!

Slight loose
The media could not be loaded. It seems to work if you prop it to stay it's what I have pictured not the same as what they have pictured

Does not fit Echo Show 5 despite the listing saying so
Clearly a lie, as it does not fit the Echo Show 5 to work as a power adapter. Amazon should also be mindful they are showing official confirmation that this would fit the device I have, when the product does not. Zero stars.
