How easy is it to operate? The many buttons look fiddly.

I find it very easy, once it is set up with volume levels you are happy with the only switch needed regularly is the top on - off one which is a simple slide operation, down for on and up for off, this is easy and can be done with the headset on your ear. At the bottom of the earpiece is a cover that closes the charging cable plug point.
