Soft ,Good size & weight
I like the lavender colour ,how it's so soft yet good weight .I use it on my neck shoulders back and knees .I have osteoarthritis and this helps loads .It folds where sewn sofits comfortably wherever it's used.You need to start off with a few seconds then you can gradually get up to 2.5 minuits which is more than hot enough.If it dries out ,place a small amount of water in a microwaveable pot or similar with the heat pad and do a minuit in the microwave a few times and it should bring it back to life. But ... dont keep using it if its dry as you will ruin the beans inside.Brilliant I'm really happy and feel comforted when using it.It's like a cuddle ❤

Went on fire in microwave
The item was good and handy for cramps and muscle aches. However, I recently had surgery and was having bad cramps post surgery so I was relying on this heat pack to help with pain. My partner went to heat it up the same way we always have and at 1min in microwave it started smoking she opened it and the pad was on fire. Luckily she pulled it out and put the fire out but could have been a worse outcome. Just watch out for that with this product! Contacted the company and they would not do much as I had purchased it over 1 year ago…..

Don't put it in the microwave for any longer than the guidelines
Found it very good and comforting for my terrible neck pain, relaxing the muscles and allowing me to exercise them and speed up recovery

Terrible item do not purchase1. Does not heat up at all2. Got damaged in the first use and spilled beans all over the microwave
