I received & I tried connecting to my PC it shows in the System> sound as SPDIF interface but cant get the output on my Sonos Ray, what to do?

Have you changed the sound output of the PC? In Windows 11 you can do this from System/Sound. Select 'SPDIF Interface' for the output and ensure the volume is > 0.
