Doesn't stay hot long enough.Was going to return but was a hassle. had to return first then get refund on shipping only up to a certain amount

You heat the product for 1.5 minutes in the microwave and it keeps food nicely warmed in the food container!

Haven't used product yet but assume will work well. Can't comment on durability as brand new. Have owned several of these types of products over the years & they last about 10 yrs or so so assume this one will be the same.

I use these in my travel 9 x 12 pyrex travel dished in the portable cover with the flap on the bottoim to inser the hot/cold pak.

Perfect! Does exactly what it states. I use 2 per carry case for extra warmth or coldness
