Aside for the delicious flavor and gluten-free, organic product, I feel much better about eating lamb versus traditional beef jerky.If you aren't sure about lamb, give this product a try! Was entirely molded upon opening - not sure what happened, but sure would fine otherwise. Also a big whiff of mold spores that I breathed.

Love this, especially since is lamb. Not spicy but very, very good. There is very spicy lamb jerky but this salt and pepper one is just perfect for a a good tasting jerky, just enough kick to be interesting, not overwhelming. Have gotten twice and will get again.

Tastes good, but a little too salty for me.

I got this because it had no chili pepper in it and I had an urge for jerky. It was a bit tougher than I like. It did have a peppery kick to it and a good taste.

Could someone tell mewho certified this product as paleo? I know of no Paleo certification organization. As there is no One opinion of what Paleo is, or isnt. There is no overriding Paleo Organization. And even if there was...the certification would be meaningless, as said Org did not run lab tests...as Paleo can not be tested in a lab! There is no Commandment that one has to eat grass fed if they cant access it, afford it, etc...This is a marketing trick that just might be illegal!

I bought this for a friend who loves jerky. They ate it all in one sitting!

This is my favorite new snack. This jerky is very tasty and helps give me a boost when I'm sluggish. I bought 2 packages and just got 3 more.
