Q: Are these decorative or can you really drink from the cups?

Some people drink from it, and for some it is only for decoration .

Q: Is the wood sealed and can they be washed and reused?

Yes it's wood sealed (100% original olive wood, and you can wash it and use as much as you want Blessings

Q: Will red wine stain the cup?

We just made a new test for 20 minutes of red wine in the cups, and it stains a little bit. if you drink the wine shortly after Poured into a glass the cup will stay clean. Please be aware it is 100% olive wood with no Coating at all like most customers want. you, of course, can always use Lacquer for coating and then it will stay clean, but we do no recommending it because we have no idea if the liquid you use for coating is good for your health.
