Great mouse, super portable
Love how flat it gets when off — easy to carry. Feels smooth and works great every time. Once flat is off, to active it just go arc and quickly connects. Is not my day to day use since on my office setup I have another. But so far, when go to office or client, works great. The touchpad feeling to scroll is great.

Microsoft Arc Mouse - A Stylish and Portable Companion
The Microsoft Arc Mouse is not your ordinary mouse; it's a unique and stylish accessory that I've come to appreciate. Although it takes a bit of time to adjust to its unconventional design, once you do, it proves to be an excellent mouse. The absence of wires and the compact, foldable design make it incredibly convenient for on-the-go use. I can even carry it in my pocket without any hassle. One of its standout features is the impressive battery life. I've been using it for months, and the battery level is still around 70%. Not only does it offer longevity, but it also delivers a satisfying and precise performance. The Bluetooth connection is reliable, and the mouse glides effortlessly across the screen. It's worth noting that the Microsoft Arc Mouse doesn't support left and right-clicking simultaneously. However, for everyday tasks, browsing, and office work, this mouse is perfect. The ergonomic design ensures a comfortable grip, and the sleek aesthetics perfectly complement my Surface computer. If you value a good design and portability, this mouse is a fantastic choice.

Expensive but it's nice. (Updated)
UpdatedThis unit is definitely an expensive mouse for its general appearance. First impressions are excellent. The feel is nice and acceptable for casual browsing and computer usage. I couldn’t use this device as a gaming mouse as it has a completely different feel than a normal mouse. It connects seamlessly to my surface laptop and love how folding it flat will turn the unit off. This Saves battery and makes it extremely compact for storage. This device is small, I would estimate it to be about 3/4 the size of my galaxy note 8 in the compact position. Having this device arched makes the device roughly half its length. Overall this is a great device but like the caption says, its pricey. I hope to give updates to see if its durability and longevity is worth its price tag.Update 8/2/20This unit is an excellent and stylish addition to my surface computer. I have absolutely no complaints about this device. That being said I will add that mine did break due to owner neglect. I had dropped this device causing part of the click pad to break apart. This unit is still functional which is amazing and with minimal effort I was able to get it back together where it does not appear damaged. I am very pleased with the construction and durability of this unit. Even though mine has become damaged, it was due my own neglect. I plan on purchasing another Surface laptop here shortly where I intend to purchase this same device to accompany it.

I love this mouse
I was looking for something stylish and minimal when I came across this. I thought the snap feature was gimmicky at first but now I love it. While not in use, it's so flat, minimal, and modern, and tossing it in my bag for travel is easy peasy. While using, I like to wrap my thumb under the arch and same on the other side with my ring finger and pinky, it's an extra level of control and comfort that was a welcome surprise. Also, I had to replace my last BT mouse because I lost the dongle. I freakin love not having another USB dongle to keep track of. It connects to my Lenovo Thinkpad (Windows 10) automatically and quickly every time.

Overall my favorite secondary mouse with caveats.
I mainly use this mouse as a mobile mouse when working remote, its light, comfortable and thin and the battery lasts months. When I do work in the field, I do schedule to have a lighter data entry work load than I would in the office or from home.I have this one pictured with my old Surface Arc Mouse and my main mouse, the MX Master 3. My review is from the point of view of comparing my old Surface Arc mouse to this and how I use this as my main secondary mouse. The size is comparable to the original arc mouse design but is a wider towards the palm to give us a symmetrical shape in contrast to the narrowing of the old mouse, this lets more of your palm rest on the mouse. The two biggest changes for me with the newer mouse, the haptic feedback while scrolling and separate R/L mouse buttons have been replaced by one button that sense which finger touches first. I'm a fan of haptic feedback so it's just a plus feature for me that i'd like to have but not a deal breaker. I have used a Magic Mouse previous to the Arc mouse so I'm familiar with the sensitivity of a single touch mouse button, so personally I'm used to it, but it is a slight learning curve and mild annoyance. The new model does have horizontal scrolling which is useful with my application so its a feature add for me.I did not consider missing features like back buttons, programmable buttons, etc which can be found on larger more feature rich mice like the MX Anywhere series, I would not consider those applicable for my use.Final take. It's a basic functional mouse that looks cool. If you need a light weight portable mouse for light use while in the field, at school, or in the home to use with a notebook/tablet, this is the one. There really isn't a decent competitor with price and form factor.Pros-Design-Light, highly portable-Horizontal scrolling-6 month battery lifeCons-lacks features for "power" users-missing haptic feedback (personal pref)-missing separate R/L buttons from pervious generation
