Worked perfectly on our 3 year old grill. Only issue was that the old bolts were very rusty and stripped out. Had to end up cutting them off. Don’t let the lack of instructions worry you; comes apart and goes back together very easy for anyone with even little mechanical skills. Great value!!!

My grill was at the end of its life until I ran across this and decided to give it a try. Stainless upgrade with all the parts needed to bring my grill back to life sounded like a no brainer. Took about an hour in total to replace but my grill was and is pretty rusty. Should be able to get a couple more seasons out of it now and worked great all summer long! Already recommended to a friend since he is in the same situation I was.

The parts fit, and the grill works great again. Could be helpful to include directions.

This is an upgrade from the original components. These will last longer than the original components (2 year's) I expect these to last well past 4.

All of the parts were included that were needed to complete the job. I am pretty handy doing this kind of stuff but took me a 2+ hours to complete. I have only had this grill for 2 years. the grill plates were rusting through. The new ones appear to be a heavy guage stainless steel. I have a Char-Griller 5050 and this kit worked perfectly. I would recommend this kit to others!!

The black tent covers are too big for char griller 3001. Not cut for this grill

I just needed replacement flame shields which were the price of this whole kit for 1. The value of this is very worth it! We ended up replacing several parts since they came in the kit on a Char Griller 5040. This made my 7 year old grill new again!
