Cleaned my Sony A7RII sensor without issue. It was the first time I had ever cleaned a sensor. Followed directions on the the full sensor swab package I purchased separately and it was a breeze. Just be sure to put the camera (Sony A7RII) in "cleaning mode" and keep it there while you clean the sensor to keep the IBIS motion stability system in place. According to youtube posts and articles this is the solution to use for Sony sensors as others solutions maybe too abrasive. If you are thinking about doing this yourself, go for it. There are several very comprehensive tutorials on youtube on how to clean sensors. It literally takes less than a minute to do it. A local shop was not familiar with the idiosyncrasies of cleaning the Sony sensor (non-methanol solution, locking up the IBIS system, etc.) so I opted to do it myself for a lot less money.

It’s just some cleaning fluid that’s all wish. It wasn’t so expensive but we live in a world where everybody is trying to get what they want for something it works for

Depending what is on the lens the cleaner works fine. Salt spray, works fine. Oil, you may end up with a messy film residue that is almost impossible to get off in the field. I live in a place that Eclipse will no longer ships, but this is no replacement for it.
