Range Xperts Non-Amplified 50 Mile Indoor HDTV Antenna

I just bought two more today. This is simple to install and get quick results.. Great product for a low price.. Cable providers hate me now.. I picked up 34 stations by placing it near window without obstruction. My zip code is 29527.. Conway, S.C. A new home in the outside city limit 15 miles north of Myrtle Beach.. This is a new community with no obstructions near by.. Even the farmers can get great AIR TV reception with this great product !!! I also referred my sister-in-law to get this antenna for her friend's birthday present who is from Cape Cod , Massachusetts. The two that I bought today, one to replace the old antenna I bought from Amazon last year. The second one is to be connected with my iMac TV adapter Geniatech EYE TV series 3 and place it on the window... iMac with 1280 resolution would just love this!!So, go invest your money on this plus savings on monopolized cable TV providers.. :P

This antenna is picking up channels that haven't even been scanned at setup! I'n really enjoying it. It took a little experimenting to find the "sweet" spot but its appearance is less intrusive than my previous RCA product. I wish I could have gotten it a little cheaper like the current ones, but it works very well. A few extra sticky pads would be nice -Thanks for a great product, pulled in many channels!

I purchased the 50 mile antennae after cancelling cable and I was surprised how good the picture quality was. I placed it in my window which gave me a lot more channels than just leaving the antennae next to the TV. We get all of the local channels that we wanted and many more without the expensive cable bill. They offer different antennaes with farther ranges which is nice if you live further away from a tower and need an amplified signal.The customer service has been great and I've received quick responses, I will be purchasing another antennae from them for another TV.

Since my home has 20" stone walls and is surrounded by trees, I was skeptical of an indoor antenna and reluctant to spend much $ on one, so there wasn't much 'science' in my choice. I was delighted to find that the The Range Xperts antenna not only was super quick/easy to connect, but it amazed me by bringing in 10 stations as clearly as cable. I suspect if I moved it upstairs and/or removed metal window screens, I'd have even more reception.

The issues I had with this is I plugged the amplifier in in my garage where my junction box is for the coax in the whole house. It is not nearly powerful enough to get enough juice through 50ft of coax to the antenna. You MUST plug the amplifier in directly after the antenna and BOOM, signal!I live 35 miles from Philadelphia almost directly east so I put this on a wall about 8 ft from ground level pointing directly west and I pick up pretty much everything. Not ABC because Philly WPVI broadcasts on VHF-lo at a VERY low power so basically nothing is going to pick them up unless you are right in the shadow or have an external mega amplified antenna on your roof.So overall, 50 digital channels, about 35 are ACTUAL channels and of those 5 are Spanish and a lot of others are like... anyway not sure who watches that stuff and probably why its OTA only lol. BUT... I get CBS, FOX, NBC, PBS, WHYY, NJN, CW, PHL17 and a few other good channels which is the whole point for this antenna for me. I am using it for live sports, where OTA will always be your best bet and as a backup in case my internet goes down since I get my main programming through streaming.

Excellent product. I was surprised how much better it was than previous antennas I've owned. Great reception. Well made but very affordable. Highly recommended!

Very Impressed with the reception right out of the box without even positioning it. The tape, suction cups, and screw options for mounting a simple but nice touch.

Can pick up all over the air channels listed in my area. Picture is great.
