I have to admit, I didn't assemble it as hubby did! We have large tile on 2 large outside veranda's with grout. Spent lots of time p.washing the grout (slowly) and the balconies look brand new! I did order today the concrete washer for p.washing because the tile itself was nearly impossible to clean as I didn't have the right tool. The 25' hose is adequate if using on first floor. For our 2nd floor veranda, I've ordered a 50' p.hose as I didn't want to take the machine up through the house. The tile on both levels was installed over concrete and cream color with cream colored grout. Prior to washing it looked like a checker board with dirty grout. I"m pleased with my job, I'm not in the business so the machine will be used only 1 or 2 times a year! It will last as it won't be worn out! So happy!

Used the product for drive and walks, also house.Works fine and would recommend for lower psi jobs.

I love Craftsman products, it's good quality. I was use to using PSI 3000 in the past, but this Craftsman PSI 2400 works like a champ. I am very please with the way it clean concrete and bricks. I also connected all parts together in 15 minutes when delivered to my home. I also love Craftsman lawn mowers. I will only purchase Craftsman outdoor products in the future.

My HOA does an annual inspection and one of their pet peeves is dirty or mossy siding. Because of the limited sunlight on one side of my townhouse, it needs to be power washed every year. This machine costs less than hiring someone for one wash so it was a no brainer to buy. Although it says good for second story cleaning, I felt the water didn’t have enough strength to clean the second story that well. It removed most of the dirt but the mossy growths remained behind (this was without a ladder).

The only issue is that the included hose that connects washer to nozzle is garbage. You will need to get a hose that can handle more pressure. Mine broke within 5 minutes. Once I went to Lowes and got a suitable hose, it has worked great.

The pressure washer is nice and quite which I like. Easy to assemble and great for people who don’t like the louder gas pressure washers. Better then most cheaper electric pressure washers. Doesn’t have as much pressure as a gas pressure washer. 25 ft hose isn’t great kinks easy and is super cheap. All in all it’s a good unit but they cheaped out on the hose and pump pressure.

Hermosa máquina y muy útil que lastima que no hay mas productos para comprar, vale cada centavo. Gracias craftsman recuerdo mi padre con esta marca de herramienta. Mejor herramienta del mundo.

We just got the pressure washer today. Easy to set up very functional. The hose sprung a leak within the first 20 minutes. I would do a warranty claim but after inspecting the hose its just cheap material and it will probably happen again.

This pressure washer has powerful enough pressure, I washed the whole natural stone patio in one day. The stones were moldy, now they are bright grey and shiny. The machine is reasonably quiet too and has a long pressure hose. I lubricated all the connectors, screws, and joints with rustproofing spray to make sure it doesn't rust. The wheels are large enough, and it is easy to roll the machine over uneven ground. Overall, it seems to be quite high quality, and it looks very good too.

Buenas Tardes, el producto llego bien. Pero compre dos hidro lavadoras y solo me llego una, la otra me aparece como pendiente y me cobraron 3 hidrolavadoras en total, solo compre 2 y me ha llegado una.me pueden apoyar para ver que paso con el cargo doble y cuando llegaria la otra?

Cumplió con todas mis espectativas y el funsionamiento es bueno
