I started taking this vitamin after I had my daughter, but it’s a great postnatal! I actually feel like it keeps my hormones more in check than any other vitamin I have tried and I’ve tried a lot. The taste is not very good, but if you mix it in with some orange juice it actually makes a pretty great drink! It doesn’t hurt my stomach and I like how it’s a Liposomal so it’s quickly absorbed! This is on auto repeat!

I felt like I had to leave a review for this product in case it helps anyone having similar issues. I’m unable to swallow pills, and it was incredibly hard to find a prenatal that had the vitamin amounts I wanted that I could also actually take. I tried gummies, they made me sick. Finally stumbled across this liposomal prenatal and decided to take a chance. It came sealed and doesn’t bother my stomach at all (I take it before I go to sleep). It does taste horrible, like herbal medicine that makes you shudder if it hits your tongue. I put it on a tablespoon and tip it in at the back of my mouth and try not to taste it, and then quickly wash it down with water or tea. Is the taste nasty? Yes. Will I continue to take this stuff as long as I need to? Absolutely. I feel amazing, and I’m finally getting the vitamins I need. 100% recommend - ladies who can’t take pills or capsules, this is the great prenatal you’ve been looking for.

This vitamin helped me so much postpartum particularly with mental health. Great taste and great ingredients with zero negative side effects.

I can withstand some not so tasty flavors but this was absolutely vile. Calling it orange vanilla is a joke. This tastes like straight vomit, and it’s so thick that you can’t just wash it down fast. The smell is even horrendous and sticks to your lips so you continue to smell it. Being pregnant and already nauseous, this was a horrible experience. If you still want to buy and try, definitely try mixing it into a smoothie or something that would completely mask the flavor, but keep in mind you would have to mix it into something ever single day. I can not and will not be taking this so I wasted $35 because it’s not returnable.

I really enjoy that I do not have to take a pill as they make me nauseous. However, the thickness of this liquid is a little off putting. If you’ve had other Mary Ruth vitamins, it’s thicker than those. The actual flavor is ok but just be aware of the thickness. I’m still gonna take em as I’d prefer these over a pill any day!

The media could not be loaded. I’m always scared of the taste on vitamins especially liquids or gels but this was actually good! I appreciate that all the vitamins are so bioavailable meaning easier for our body to absorb! I’ve been taking it for over a year on and off (I switch between this and another Mary Ruth product) and I feel the extra energy when I take it!

First of horrible taste, I was so exited to get this product because everyone on tiktok recommended and they all said “it taste so good, you can put it in your drinks” I’ll be honest I try putting it in smoothies and regular juice and it made it taste even worse. I’m only on day 4 so I haven’t notice any difference in the effectiveness but trust and believe I will finish this bottle it was too pricey to throw it away. This is how I take it if you need ideas, ps I am very sensitive and everything I don’t like makes me gag dramaticallyMy method on taking it:With a medicine syringe drawn the amount, pinch your nose and put it as far in your throat as you can than take it. DO NOT let go of your nose until your have swallowed it completely but do it fast you I don’t want you passing out lol(Tip: have a strong flavor drink on hand)

Good taste and doesnt cause stomach to be upset. I can't take supplements with iron or ginger so this works nice. Good value for money in comparison to other brands.
