does anyone know if this product has trace amounts of lead in it like Natural Calm

There are safety standards in place for every product on the market. If something has trace amounts of heavy metals, which most things do because it's in the soil & ocean water naturally, it's labeled trace because the amounts are well below the level of toxicity for consumption unless you decide to consume very large amounts of a product all at once.

Ingredients: Ionic magnesium citrate (created from a highly absorbable proprietary blend of citric acid and magnesium carbonate), Organic raspberry and lemon flavors and Organic Stevia.

Is this product sugar free? And is there any carbs in it?

The product lists "organic stevia" as the sweetener; no caloric value is listed. Since it is primarily magnesium, I presume there are zero to very few carbs per serving.

Si fue diarrea lo que le dio,es normal,solo baje a la dosis que su cuerpo tolere,empiese con media cucharada.si amanese sin diarrea,ese dia se toma una cucharada y si amanese bien nuevamente,se toma cucharada y media,y si amanese con diarreas,entonces su cuerpo tolera solo una cucharada,y es perfecto.eso indica que el cuerpo lo absorbió.espero esto le solucione.tenga buen dia.
