The product is really nice but the packaging was horrible. There was no cushioning provided and the cups were simply placed in a thermocol box. They were horribly dusty. I wanted to gift the set but they were so dirty and there was just a basic cardboard box with thermocol they came in - no way to pack well and gift. If you're buying for yourself then the product is fine but not for gifting purposes

Lookwise its good but not durable.

Fantastic, I really like the cup. This can go in dishwasher. So far (in month) I do not see that print goes off.
