Great book with valuable knowledge presented in a simple and easy-to-understand manner
This is the first book I ordered from the organisation of Acharya Prashant. I have been following Acharya ji on YouTube for almost a year now. I knew the book would prove to be helpful but it exceeded my expectations. I thought watching Acharya's videos is enough, but no, I was wrong. Even though the book contains the conversations between him and visitors in his camp, the information is really beneficial. Even before completing this book, I ordered another book - "Darr" (Fear). I will keep ordering more books from the organisation.

Great book if you have some foundation in spirituality
Update: When I purchased this book in 2018, paperback was 350/-I dont know why this is now priced at ~1200 INR.In my view, till the publishers explain this, I feel its overpriced.I wrote to them but they did not reply back.I ordered this book a week back. Arrived in time. There are very few spiritual Gurus who can interpret theory in vedic scripts and explain in simple English. This book is one of them.A short and incomplete summary as I understand is1) Everyday life is controlled by our conditioned mind which will always follow a pattern - i.e set expectations in future and feel happy/satisfied only when goal is reached and that too for sometime. Again the cycle starts in the same mind that it will set more expectations in future.2) This has a side effect that mind feels the current is not a happy/satisfied state and hence feels bored, miserable, anxious, depressed etc.3) Acharya Prashanth explains very well how to overcome this. In simple words, we need to be self centred on our soul and be IN THE PRESENT, and observe the mind. Two things are important to know. Soul is always happy/satisfied and hence when the mind understands this, it will come to peace. Second, when we are observant, we will train the mind to see the past or future without attachments. This will help in setting very different goals and expectations where we will sync with our souls rather than follow what others are doing.Truly brilliant stuff!

An Important book for daily Reading
Usually people associate spirituality with renounciation. Spirituality is for Someone who has lost interest in the world is the assumption that generally one carries. This book shows how this is completely untrue.Spirituality is not being a monk and leaving the Society. It is in fact being in the world of actionand still be free of it. This book shows you how the great spiritual truth can be lived in our everyday life.It has taken topics from everyday life like Society, Restlessness, Fear, the Stress and Anxiety that one faces in the world, education, Career, Competitiveness, love, relationships and has explained the hidden causes of this.Acharya Prashant has explained this with such clarity that one immediately recognises the truth of it. The best part is that these are impromptu talks and when one reads, one can feel the directness of the talk coming from that higher truth which resides in all of us. One realises that we have unnecessarily burdened ourselves and there is a chance in each one of us to live life freely.I feel this is a book which every human being should read and reread as it is so practical. Its quite important especially in todays ever changing and confusing world.I keep this book handy and it has become a constant guide on the path of knowing

I have written my review in hindi because it has come from my heart. Just go for this book. I promise you will never regret for this, every chapter will be a new light and a new way for your life.
