Can these be deck mounted instead of side rail mounted?

These pulls are fantastic. Very sturdy and glide with ease. I especially like that each draw pulls independently. We mounted them to the bottom and the back of each cabinet. There is no side mounting. We have purchased six sets of these and have been thrilled.

Will the 14"w X 21" organizer fit in a cabinet that has a 15" opening? Other suppliers have stated the minimum opening required is 15.5".

It will just fit. Make sure you have it positioned straight in the opening allowing for the door.

Are these soft close???

I don’t know what you mean by soft close . It doesn’t close automatically with a light push but the shelves do close easily even loaded with heavy cast iron cookware. We’re very happy with this product

How much weight do they hold?

I have small and medium sized iron skillets on one tray and there is no sagging nor does the weight adversely affect the sliding motion. These things are heavy duty.
