This kit has a great amount of survival gear packed in to a conveniently compact yet sturdy case. The small all-in-one can opener/wrench/saw/knife is pretty cool, and there's way more in this kit than someone would probably actually need in an emergency (like ear plugs, but hey you never know!)The knife is always good to have.Always good to have a glass breaker in the car (includes a pen too).The caribeeners would be great if I was lost in the wilderness and need to hand something but I surely wouldn't trust my life with hanging by them.The compass is in a nice case and would definitely help if lost in the wilderness.LED flashlights and piercing louds whistle are perfect if in any survival situation.And probably the most useful!!! - The magnesium rods with scratchers - there's a long one on it's own, and then the paracord bracelet includes a magnesium rod and scratcher built in (along with whistle) so that you always have it with you on your wrist. I would recommend wearing this on any trek into lands off-road. Fire saves lives and would be invaluable if truly needing to survive.The case is great - everything fits inside and it secures with 4 snap latches around the case. as small as a compact first-aid kit and I will be keeping this in the car at all times!Worth the $ I spent ($20). Perfect.

Great kit, especially for the money; lots of good stuff to distribute between EDC and bags. Not sure about the compass or the box itself, but the lights, knife, bracelet,etc are good.

Received this survival kit and was actually surprised at the weight and build of the case alone.I am very impressed and that’s hard to do to me.So it comes with 2 carabiner clips, 1pr foam ear plugs, flint firestarter, mini light, folding 3” knife with belt clip, mini 4” flashlight which has 3 modes, paracord bracelet with built-in whistle and cutter, glass breaker, pen and self defense tool, whistle/signal, survival multifunction tool, and a compass. All packaged in a compact water resistant box.Each tool is easy to use and pretty self explanatory. Everyone knows how to use a whistle or flashlight or compass. So I won’t go into the use of each.But I will say that this kit will go into my Go Bag immediately. It doesn’t have everything you may need but it’s a good start. If you take everything out be aware that it may be a tight fit to put it all back in but it will fit.
