Can I buy this machine and related games in US and play it in Hong Kong?

You can, BUT you will have to buy a different power supply. I bought a 220v power supply through Amazon for about $23. The power supply that comes with the US version is only for 110v.

Does this come with, or already have inside of it, a wireless adapter or will I need to buy a separate one?

The power supply adapter and cable have already inside of the box. It is not a wireless a adapter, it is a regular power supply. I need to change the power adapter to 120W\220V. But I do not find a service in my country. I strongly recommend not to buy one if use outside of US.

Why is there such a big price difference between the Holiday and Spring bundles?

I don't really know but for each bundle I have received 2 different games. This one model is smaller than my first X-Box 360. It came with the consul, wiring, one wireless controller, and the 2 different games. I hope this helps a little.
