Wonderful
Despite the failure of Dawn of Justice, the successes of Man of Steel and Suicide Squad are giving the DC Extended Universe a much needed boost. So there is no need to fear from Wonder Woman, the boost continues.Wonder Woman has gone on as long as Superman and Batman but compared to her hero friends she has yet to get a movie, until now. In this case it is long overdue, and the story is impeccably well told. Different from the original comic, yet laced with original stuff that makes it interesting for both new and old generations. Its a traditional action adventure as good as Batman Begins. Its a great start for Wonder Woman and definitely feel that this is well worth it.Well Done. A-

Not Exactly the Movie
This was a bit of a disappointment as far as novelization of a movie goes. Usually you think it’s always going to be the book that gives you a little more, but I felt cheated. One of the things I most enjoyed about the Wonder Woman movie was the direction and screen play writer’s attention to detail, and I feel like Nancy Holder glossed over a lot in order to get to market. Of course, I’m sure there’s an element of not wanting to assume the characters motivations when you didn’t write the screen play, but I always thought Diana and Steve were both honest and straightforward people in the movie.I remember details from the movie like when she first tasted ice cream, it was so wondrous that she told the vendor, “You should be proud.” I suppose I remember that because sometimes I still feel that way about good ice cream.Nancy Holder did catch some of Diana’s heartbroken love for humanity when she found people suffering. I was hoping for more of her personality, but you couldn’t really give that as it was always the Amazon Princess’s point of view. There was very little from the others seeing Diana, but as much as her Amazonian warrior power and skill, I loved how she was portrayed with such a beautiful heart. I thought for certain the book would have done more with it. Solid 3.5 stars for sticking to most of the movie. No additions and some missing to me.

They are amazing quality - heavy stock
I purchased the 4 posters (and one surprise bonus poster) from "Posteroffice" for my daughter's 15th birthday - she chose them. They are amazing quality - heavy stock, beautiful finish, excellent colors. The packaging was sturdy, secure, in perfect condition. She loves them. We framed them in 11x17 black frames from Amazon. This product and the supplier are both 10s in a rating system of 5 stars.Updated a few minutes later...Oops! This review belonged on the set of 4 posters found here: https://www.amazon.com/Wonder-Woman-2017-Set-Collectors/dp/B071WXV98C/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1503144708&sr=8-1&keywords=wonder+woman+posters+posterofficeThe book was really good too!

A great supplement to a great movie
After watching the movie it is very wonderful to read the thoughts that are implied in the movie. The little child Diana watching the Amazons train. The full grown Diana as she climbs out of the trench and enters No Mans Land. The defeated warrior Diana as the war continues after she kills the German General she thought was Ares. The fully developed Wonder Woman Diana after she makes her peace with humanity. We want to continue the Wonder Woman saga and this book lets us do that.

Excellent tie in
To an excellent, ( greatly above average) film...I am glad to have the greatest superhero of all finally enter our American mythology.....To paraphrase the good book, Corinthians 13..."If I have all the superpowers possible and have not LOVE.."She completes the myth, the fantasy, and most of all our dire human need for heroes...with love.Great gratitude for Wonder Woman and all those who worked so hard to bring her among us at last...

Script to novel
Like other reviewers have said, this is simply the movie script converted into a novel, with little extra information. Perhaps the author wasn't allowed to do any more than that. I was hoping the book might clear up some questions I had about the movie, but it didn't. Well, there was one thing: how do the Amazons speak 20th century English? That's one of their abilities given to them by the gods, so they can fulfill their mission as emissaries of peace (which they...um, don't do. Well, it's like that in the comics, too.) Although if that's true, then Diana ought to have said "we speak all languages," instead of "we speak hundreds of languages."I don't have a Kindle, but based on the reviews by people reviewing the Kindle version, I assume that the Kindle version has more grammatical errors than the paperback.I loved the movie, by the way.
