Odyson - 300W Power Supply Replacement for Apple iMac 27" A1419 (Late 2012-Mid 2017), A2115 (2019-2020)

My Mac was shutting down with no explanation. To switch on I had to unplug for a few minutes and try again. Basically I had a faulty power supply. I bought this one and it worked instantly.

My 2012 Mac desktop computer was turning off at random times. So after researching the issue, I decided to try replacing the power supply.The delivery was prompt, the part was packed well and looked new, and it did what it needed to do.My computer is once again up and running and hasn't quit on me at all... and it's now 4 months later. Very pleased!Note:Replacing the part was easy. The trickiest part was trying to figure out how to plug in the screen again after replacing the part. But nothing a good YouTube video can't teach you! One thing that wasn't shown: the sticky tape that's stuck to the monitor screen from the inside has the tiniest plugs on both ends that I couldn't see without a magnifying glass. Once plugged in, the screen lit right up.

This power supply appeared to be new - never used. Worked perfectly. Shipped fast. Packaged very nicely.It saved the day.

I purchased this power supply to replace a bad power supply in my 27" iMac mid-2017. My computer was shutting down w/o warning and would only turn on after waiting a few min and unplugging it from wall.After doing a little bit of google searching, I found that the most likely cause was a bad power supply.. Since this was a fairly inexpensive part (~$100) I figured it would be a safe bet.After replacing the Power supply, my computer has been operating normally.Physically there was a few slight variations from the OEM design however all the dimensions lined up and the new power supply fit in the computer properly. Overall it took at 30-40min to perform the whole swap and get the computer back to an operation state.

My IMAC has been running like normal after I installed the thing. I saw the warnings about when reinstalling the screen not to cover up the microphone, but i unfortunately did cover the microphone up somehow but all is well. - I don't use this computer for conference calls but i definitely will install screen correctly the next time. By installing this, it gave me the opportunity to install an SSD and clean the dust out of the fan vents. PLUS PLUS PLUS!

Product is as marketed... I can't speak on longevity because it's only been in a week.... However machine powered right up... And it slide right in.

It is described as new but it is not! Item has clear signs of being used before! It arrived with parts that are broken
