I use this label to print wirelessly from my phone. I create my label design using Canva and then I import my design into the Jadens Printer software. The software also has the ability for you to create a DIY label and design it within the software however, there are some design limitations with that method and I found it easier to use Canva. Changing the labels or changing the print size is very simple to do. Being able to print my own labels is a huge time saver. I used this printer with silver holographic labels and it worked great. Keep in mind that this inkless printer only prints in black so if you want color, you will need to use a colored sticker or label and print on top of that. This printer works wirelessly via Bluetooth, but you will have to plug the printer into the wall (3-prong outlet) for power. The printer can print in multiple speeds. You can also adjust the print density and other settings. It’s very easy to learn the software and just a few short minutes.

I got this so I could stop wasting printer ink to print return labels and stuff. It works well, however I wish the print quality was a little better. I found I need to up the density to the highest setting to get pretty clear labels. And even then I wish it was a little darker and clearer. Maybe its the labels I'm using? Sometimes I need to reprint a label a few times to get the label to be clear enough. Bluetooth on my phone to the printer is fine. I found that sometimes the crop/rotate functionality doesn't transfer well though. Like I had a label in a pdf that was oriented wrong and I fixed that in the app, but when it was sent to the print, it was like none of my edits went through. Most of the time it works though. I couldn't get bluetooth from my laptop working. I kept getting Printer is in Error state messages. It works fine through the cable however so I just do that, but kind of annoying to have to deal with the cable. I have a wedding coming up so I've been using this to print addresses and return address labels. It works well but like I mentioned before, it would be nice if it printed a little darker and a little clearer. Maybe I just need to mess with the settings more. Overall I like using it but if I were to rebuy, I'd probably look into a different brand.

I have had this for awhile now. Works really good. In the beginning I had just a little trouble getting my computer to print to it, but I did figure it out so I guess if I can anyone can. I am not tech savvy. I use it a lot for Poshmark and Ebay. It saves so much money on ink and paper. I would have preferred the on/off switch to be on the back. I have it on my desk with a label holder/stand and I have to try and reach between them to get to the button. But it prints clear nice labels and stickers. It feeds them through really well without jamming. If you put the labels in crooked after refilling, it right away blinks to let you know. Very handy - no jams. You can buy any brand of labels or stickers as long as they are thy right size for the machine. Not too noisy and it is small enough to put anywhere. Cord is a good length too. Oh, and it comes in such cute colors!!!!!

I purchased a Jaden Printer in 2022 and did not open or use it until the end of 2025. When I first started using the printer, it worked properly. However, shortly thereafter, it began malfunctioning by repeatedly printing the same label over and over, wasting label supplies, and frequently displaying a red error light. I contacted customer support and followed every troubleshooting step that was requested. I provided videos demonstrating the problem and spent considerable time attempting to resolve the issue with their team. After reviewing the evidence, the company acknowledged that the printer was not functioning correctly, yet they were unable to provide a solution. Despite the fact that the printer was defective and could not be repaired through troubleshooting, I was informed that the company would neither replace the printer nor provide a refund. As a customer, I find this response extremely disappointing. I made every effort to work with the company in good faith, only to be left with a product that does not function as intended. I regret purchasing this printer and am disappointed not only with the product's reliability but also with the company's unwillingness to stand behind it when a defect became apparent. I hope the company will reconsider its position and provide a fair resolution for customers who experience legitimate product failures.

Fast delivery, item exactly as pictured. Someone got it all ready for me to use and said it was easy to set up. Very easy to enable for my Etsy shop, labels straight to printer. For Amazon Handmade you have to install something from their site first. If you wish to print labels straight to printer, it annoyingly uses 2 labels as it keeps printing the packing slip, however if you choose to save to PDF instead you can then print just the shipping label. This is the only drawback to using this and is probably a site issue rather than anything to do with the ptinter. It comes with some free fan fold labels, and is also compatible with labels on a roll which seem to be cheaper. For ease of use it is best to buy a label roll holder, these are also available here from around £8+. Pleased with purchase all in all and would recommend this printer as good value compared with other brands.

not easy to set up

Bought this for my small business and it works great! Prints fast and clear. Some fonts work better than others but overall, a great buy!
