DOES NOT WORK!!!
I have 3 phones 2 of which I was hoping to use this with. Downloaded the software via the web address they provide. The software runs just great, it's the device itself, no lights no nothing, doesn't show up in my comp device manager or anywhere for that fact!! Seems really cheap and if I were to blow on it wrong it seems like it would fall apart. My advice is to go with a different more highly reviewed company and spend the extra for quality, that's what I'm going to do.

Works as expected on very old SIMs. Don't expect much from any of these
Works great on the old SIMs. I was able to retrieve a long lost phone number that was stored on a 15 year old SIM, or maybe older. It will not work on anything newer so I'm just saying it worked for my purpose. I used WIN XP.

Maybe they should stop selling this...
My own fault - should have read more carefully. This absolutely does not work with anything past windows 7. Makes one wonder why they still have a listing here. Guess that's what I get for being in a hurry.

they're completely outdated I had no idea that it wouldn't work if I put it in my computer and they have phased them out I don't even know why they sell them they don't work

It works
It took some trial and error. It eventually worked. Install all of the programs.

Crap
Instructions are poor, you have to use an adapter to insert it correctly, Windows 10 system would not read it and it burnt out after replugging it into the system after the third attempt. Now the power light won't even turn on.

Unfortunately, the purpose for which I purchased the item wasn't suitable for my purpose and wouldn't function correctly on my PC. It appears to be quite well made and priced and I am sure, suitable for purpose but on this occasion, not mine. I believe the translation of instructions could have been a bit clearer. However, on this occasion it wasn't to be but I am sure it will come in handy down the track.
