I just received these, ordered large size 6, tag inside each pair says 3xl, nowhere on pkg or panties does it say large/size 6. could they be??

I ordered a large & tag inside panties say L. I usually take a 6/7 and these fit fine. I went by the size chart and reviews. maybe vendor can tell you.
