Lorex by Flir 1080P Dome SECUR CAM/MIC

2 of my cameras they are not working and Amazon customer service was trying to help me out by telling me to take off the cable twice. I have told her that I had a tech who came over and tried to fix them and tech told me that they are defective. Amazon Customer service was giving me a hard time to replace them, I wasn't asking for a refund. But oh we'll I accepted and have to order some new ones and return the defective ones. Top it off they are good cameras but they don't tilt at any angle, it just stays in one place. I just needed to upgrade but lorex technology didn't have these and that's why I ordered through Amazon. Once I had a effective camera and never had a problem of returning it through lorex company, but Amazon was giving me a hard time which I paid a lot of money for 5 of them.

Using with LHV221600 dvr and Flir Cloud app. This camera is just, ok. (Better than nothing). Like the other reviews, a lot of background noise and static. As loud as the conversations it picks up. Check box on (Recording) Audio/Video. Also, I needed to changed the Audio Source from Normal to HDC(something). You can listen using Flir Cloud app by clicking on “Audio”. I would buy again, if needed. (No complaints regarding seller)

I like how small these cameras are and that they have audio built in

Camera did not work. Monitor screen showed just vertical lines.

I have a newer NVR with POE connections. This is an older camera with BNC connector. It won't work for me so I will have to sell it and get the POE model.
