Really nice insoles, if a bit thick
These insoles are pretty good! I bought them after doing the whole Dr Scholl's insole finder thing on their website, since I planned to go on a vacation where I'd be doing a lot of walking and needed some solid insoles beforehand. These fit the bill perfectly, and provided plenty of support to keep my feet from hurting after long days of walking. The trimming process is relatively easy - you can follow the guidelines, but I found that it's easier to get the right fit if you take your old insoles out, lay them on the back of the new ones, trace the outline with a marker, and cut to size. I would also recommend setting these on top of a cardboard box and using a box cutter to trim them, since scissors seem to chew up the foam a bit when you're trying to cut them.As far as comfort goes, these don't make it feel like you're walking on pillows or anything. They do, however, offer the support you need with a firm plastic arch support thing, as well as two thicker gel pads under the heel and ball of your foot. They have a bit of sink and you can feel the cushion on your feet, but don't expect anything life-changing. They'll keep your feet from hurting after hours of walking or standing, although that might also be dependent on the shoe.I put these in some used Air Max 1s that I fixed up - a comfortable shoe that also looks nice and has plenty of support in the sole. These insoles are about twice as thick as the original ones so you definitely do notice them when you first put them on, but if you lace your shoes a little looser it's not a problem. These might not be a great fit for leather shoes or converse-type shoes, since they won't stretch as easily to accommodate the extra bit of foam.I would also recommend gluing these down if you don't plan to swap the insoles later. I've had Dr Scholl's before and they have a tendency to slip around, especially if you're walking up/down hills often. I used Shoe Goo to glue mine down, and I didn't notice them moving around even a little bit. Just make sure to wear them for a bit after you glue them down so they form a solid, even bond. I've heard that double-sided tape can also work to keep them in place, but I wanted something more permanent. While they aren't anything life-changing, these are affordable and comfortable insoles that can prolong the amount of time that you're standing or walking. Highly recommend if they fit your needs!

Help with flatfeet
Purchased for my athlete who has issues with flat feet. Since wearing he has not had any pain and said his cleats are so much more comfortable. They are easy to adjust the size and have held up well.

Solid insoles
Good support, nice cushion in the heel, good thickness, helped tremendously with my back pain almost immediately. Definitely worth the buy. ✌️

Amazing for Amusement Parks
I frequently spend extended trips going to amusement parks where I’ll average 25,000-55,000 steps a day for 3-5 days straight. These have been a godsend for my feet, great quality & price. They’ve provided the perfect support for pain relief around my arches, I’d get normally a pretty annoying pain by the 2-3rd day at a park. I mainly attribute this to the gel at the heal it is just the right amount of thickness allowing me to keep fresh feet & a good form walking rather than losing form as my feet tire causing pain & discomfort. It’s also really easy to cut them to fit for the ASICS I wear.If I have one complaint they do look to be wearing out already after 4 trips, to be fair that’s a ton of steps put into them but I was hoping for a little more life. They still more than do their job but their appearance is definitely starting to degraded cosmetically (not worth taking any points off for something no one will even see).

I keep buying them, life changing
I have bought about 10 or so of these same insoles. Every pair of shoes I own (running, trail, work boots, weekend sneakers, etc) have these in them. I got plantar fascitis a couple of years ago and learned I wasn't supporting my arches enough. I do not have a massive deviation in my arches but it was just enough that running became difficult. I tried changing shoes and other insoles but once I found these, I have had no issues with my feet. I run 10-20 miles a week and am on my feet all day for work. I couldn't live without these. The support is firm in the arches to give the right amount of stability but it is not excessive. There is good heel cushioning and overall the insoles are just plain comfortable. They have fit perfectly in multiple pair of Brooks running and trail shoes and daily wear work boots. I would highly recommend these if you need a little more support for active feet.

Good for occasional walking.
Good insoles for everyday wear, BUT not so great if you do a lot of walking for exercise as heel breaks down with high usuage, figure needs to be replaced about every two months. Heel breaks down and arch support is very minimal. Otherwise can be very comfortable for just everyday wear.

Good for Gym Shoes
Love these inserts. They make my gym shoes fit much better with the added arch support vs the inserts that came with the shoes. They're worth buying.
