You can get the variety pack and see what you like best. I will say that you need to shake it vigorously to get it all to dissolve completely. Some I’ve read add it to a little warm water first so it dissolves easier. It all depends on what you prefer. I keep the packets in a Tupperware container for easy access 👍. Nectar Hydration is great, easy to use and I love it. The flavor is a little lite so I add a flavor supplement, otherwise it has all the good stuff and works well.
