Amazing quality for the price! I load them up with weighted plyo-baseballs and the built in thick steel Keely-Rings are durable and sturdy. I’ve used this donut for all sorts of stuff from counter weighted balancing to holding down baseball batting tees.

Works great for a double ended bag. Pul ziploc bags of sand inside it.

I actually use this as an anchor for a 30 foot battle rope. It’s very very well made, seams are good and the materials feel and look good and not like cheap stuff that will fall apart. It’s rated for 33 lbs of fill, and it suggest using sand in small separate bags to stuff inside or bottles full of water. I skipped that and dumped 40 lbs of clean washed pea gravel directly into it. I’ve been dragging this around to place it where I need it and despite being a few pounds over, it shows no sign of any stress failures in the stitching or material. As a bonus, the rings attached at the center will fit a 1.5 inch battle rope nicely with room to wiggle. Absolutely love this product, not its original intended use, but it absolutely works for what I needed it for

My husband uses this in his work out. Wish it would have come with sand but that was an easy fix. We filled water bottles with sand and placed them inside to weigh it down. Works well.

Exactly the extra weight my free standing bag needed.

Very strong, I will be ordering more. I own a boxing gym and have a lot of these, this is the best brand for durability . I’m adding to this review a few months later. I just purchased my fourth one.. the bag itself can fit all 50lbs of a sand bag in it, but don’t do that, the handles have trouble holding 50lbs if you want to do exercises with it. Mine never ripped but I could tell it was stressing it. You also don’t need more than 35lbs to support a double end bag. Some ppl say they filled their bags with water bottles instead of sand, I don’t like that, it slides around on my wrestling mats. Not enough water bottles fit in to support it if you use pretty tense cables and really get after the bag. I had one that I used and abused, had kids tossing it over there heads (on wrestlings mats) and it got a small rip in one of the seems, even after that it still works just fine and never ripped any more. I just wanted to make a note that it’s not meant to be thrown around. I give it a 5 start. A lot of the bags don’t have a hole through the middle so if the medal link rips off you just got a bag of sand. Iv had a lot of brands that that has happened to. (Everlast) but if that happens to one of these (it hasn’t yet) you can still put a base plate of wood under it and attach a little hook to the wood for the bungee cord. That’s what sold it on me originally.

Junk, ripped after only 3 uses and not even filled to weight capacity

I did not use this for its intended purpose. I am a musican and mic stands that have more than just a microphone on them (tray for harmonicas, microphones, etc.) tend to make the stand more likely to hit the stage. I simply put the "heavy bag anchor" over the stand on top of its origianl base. I did put about 30 pounds of pea peebles in heavy duty zip lock bags...result...stand is solid!

I use this for a double end bag does the job really well fill with sand no need to drill for hooks in the floor.
