I bought this to help with my cholesterol and it has helped do wonders. Along with dieting and cutting back on sugar and salt foods, this product works great. The softgels are easy to swallow, and best of all, I don’t get any fishy aftertaste or burps like with other brands. These seem to work. The capsules are quite large, but easy to swallow. No bad fishy after taste either.
