I will not use any other brand, than pampered chef when purchasing a chopper for meat. These work well, but do not put them in the dishwasher; wash by hand if you want them to last.

Love this product. I have been using mine for approximately 10 years and it is still going strong. When I first received this I wasn't sure if I'd even use it much because it was so strange looking and I had never used a tool quite like it. This thing is constantly being used. It is my go-to for so many recipes. It makes blending things so easy. My favorite use is for browning ground beef-like for tacos. It works very well. I mash potatoes with it. The edges are surprisingly sharp and obviously it is durable since mine is 10 years old! It seems like every time I go to use this it's in my dishwasher...I use it that much. I just bought my mom one for Christmas this year. Hope she likes it as much as I do.

It worked for what I needed but I replaced it with a better one that stayed in better shape because it wore down faster than other I've used

Just when I thought I owned every kitchen tool imaginable. I can't believe I've just run across this!! Saw it on a YouTube video on canning ground beef. The cook was browning 15 lbs of ground beef (a little much) in a very large cast-iron skillet using this tool. She talked about how wonderful it was and that it was made by Pampered Chef. I thought it looked great and went to Amazon Prime to see if they had it. Sure enough they did. What they didn't tell you in the description is that it has a soft rubber grip so it is easy to hold and the head isn't metal but very hard plastic or resin so it can also be used in a non-stick skillet. I used it for browning just 2 lbs of ground beef. It broke up the meat quickly and was very handy. I'm ordering one for each of my adult children who cook.
