M12 are just ... nuts?
The M8 lock nuts are 3mm thick. Good size of lock nut, quality is 'OK'. The M10 lock nuts are the same, 3mm thick. The M12 lock nuts are really just slightly slimmed M12 nuts, 7mm thick. I wanted these to lock adjustable depth drill bits, and the 7mm thick M12 is a bit more weight than I expected but more importantly takes away 4mm of depth. However, looking at other listings for M12 most seem to be 6mm thick so on that scale not too bad. Got the job done, I guess if review had been for just the M8 or M10 lock nuts I would have given 4 or maybe even 5 stars.

Incorrect nut thickness
The 12mm nuts weren’t thin, which is the only size I really needed, will be returning.

Don't expect quality but 'good enough' for my purpose
Needed a few for a small repair, these are cheap, don't fit super well, but did the job.

NOT 0.75mm pitch as advertised they are in fact 1mm pitch
As above advertised as a fine thread on a 0.75mm pitch, they are not 0.75mm they are in fact 1.0mm pitch

Threads are not even.
Many nuts don't thread well. Had to try many nuts in order to fit.
