MARSHALOne Hipster Wallet Insert

Exact replacement for my hip wallet that has been impossible to find in stores! It is actually better made than the insert that originally came with the wallet. No more stuffing credit cards, photos, and other items in the money pouch of the wallet! Whew... Finally! Highly recommended if it will fit your needs!UPDATE: October 29, 2018Unfortunately, the insert has failed. The sleeve that fits into the wallet to hold in place split and failed after four weeks. This was exactly the same way the original one did as well. It 'may' be my wallet causing this, but nonetheless, I am again having to order a replacement.Despite the breakage, this is the only Insert I have found anywhere that is designed for my wallet, so grudgingly I have ordered again and hope for better results. Removed one star and will update again in the future.UPDATE DEC 12, 2018For crying out loud! Another insert sleeve broke within two months of the last purchase. Here we go again...GRRR!I wish there was an alternative Insert for this wallet that I really like. That being said, I have ordered ONE MORE TIME and after this one, it's off to a new wallet unless I can find an alternative insert.I started my first review with Five Stars. Reduced to four after the first one failed, and now I'm reducing to TWO STARS due to repeated failures due to substandard manufacture. Last time!

It works okay for a short while but the insert's tongue that you slide into the wallet gets wrinkled too easily and the whole insert begins to fall out of your wallet everytime you open it after a short while. It is nothing like the original Rolf's wallet insert in which the tongue part that slides into the wallet was made of a thicker plastic to prevent the wrinkling that causes the inherent failure of this one. Unfortunately, I can't find Rolf's wallet inserts anymore. Luckily these don't cost very much but I guess you'll get what you pay for.

In reviewing product for purchase I did not realize that retaining tab does not allow for wallet fitting as it is placed in the wrong direction and thus was unusable for me. As shown it should have fit BUT the tab does not slide in but hangs over and into the "bill compartment" and not behind card inserts. Would have returned but tried to modify in order to fit but was unsuccessful so am left with a credit card carrier for my wife's purse I guess.

Since most people have their photos on their phones and not in their wallets, these are hard to find so I was delighted to find them and ordered 2. Don’t make my mistake!! The one I previously had lasted a good 15 years, probably more. This one lasted less than 3 months before the part that you slide into the wallet just tore off. I’m very careful with my belongings and don’t abuse them. This is just a very poor product.

$4.28 for 2 a year ago Oct 2019 - my 2nd or 3rd order, I think - and now $5.28 each. Purchased before; size is OK. I've wanted side (inside) loading, not top-loading (because CCs can fall out!)...but the problem is that they don't last ong....I get maybe 6 months of use. usually the end flap that fits in my hipster wallet eventually cracks and tears off. NOT heavy use as I see it, though hipster wallet it is continually carried in my pocket. This reviewMar 2020, and I am trying another brand. Issue is price is more than double in a year....and durability is not what I wanted.
