I might be allergic to it?
Bought this for $6 at Meijer. Wore it for 9+ hours (based on a friend's experience & recommendation). The next morning, I had a 4" long (filled) blister where the non-velcro-edge met my skin, and my entire stomach/abs were red and itchy and burned in the hot water of the shower. Perhaps I'm allergic to the products/chemicals used to make the belt.It was comfortable to wear and I definitely felt my core was warmer while wearing the belt.I will handwash the belt before wearing it again. Perhaps I'll need to wear it over a layer of fabric also.

perfect for back discomfort
it s really good support for the back with pain or just discomfort, also flattens the belly, helps in supporting an upright position. very comfortable
