I always like this shampoo. Just shipping it in a bag is not a good idea. Mine arrived with the pump broken. I apparently popped up then snapped off. Ship it in a box like the conditioner came in.

Received product right on time.Love it!The only thing is, when I opened box the pump had popped open. So a bit of product came out. I just recommend the supplier tape the top down or something.
