I purchased the product for a Milwaukee compact router 2723-20. The product is not compatible with the product unless modifications or a different router base is purchased. It is not worth the effort to do a return so I will buy a router base that can be modified or I will drill some holes on the product. The description didn’t specifically mention the product will work with my router so I can’t fault the seller to much. I also didnt contact the seller so I can not ding them for customer service. I will believe a three star rating is more than fair.

Later this spring when it warms up, thaws out and dries up and I get to this project it will be part of a Shop Tool improvement effort

Appears to be ok quality for the price (cheap), but won’t fit my Ridged R2401 compact router because the holes won’t line up. Yes I know I should have measured better.

The table insert don't work with any Makita RTxxx 1-1/4hp. In fact you can install the router on the insert but the axle - bit will be off center from the insert hole. You still can use but it can be dangerous

Likes ;the base plate is pot metal which should be a sturdy mount, measurements are etched and easy to readDislikes; the center inserts are plastic would like to see them made of the same metal as the main plate, the measurements are not centered on the plate properly which makes them almost useless

For the money it's outstanding, some of the edges on the indentations are a little sharp, but it is sturdy and perfectly fit the Bosch Colt router which has an asymmetric base, so it fits in one orientation, but not the other.

Insert is well constructed however is much smaller than I had expected Wouldn’t fit my router

Used this plate to fit my home made router table. A bit expensive for what it is.
