I don't believe it. I somehow thought that with several review regarding creases in the writing surface, they'd have fixed the issue, but clearly not!I thought I'd take the chance, as I likes the castors on this model better than the plastic ones on similar models, but having just unwrapped it, there are two giant vertical creases and another one running horizontally across one side of the board! There's no damage to the shipping box, so I have no idea what they are doing!Not happy having to lug it back to the UPS store and suffer the delay of having to order another one.Don't bother with one, it's not worth the risk!

Ordered this item twice and both times the wipe off board had creases or wrinkles in the board.The shipping box was not damaged in any way, the board was manufactured poorly as the white surface had wrinkles or creases in them that were very obvious flaws.We returned the first, but kept the 2nd item as the item is so large and difficult to return we just gave up and settled. Hope to save others the trouble and suggest you order from some other supplier as there are many other options.

Read the reviews about coming in creased, mine came in creased on one size. This is not a shipping crease, this is a production crease. The shipping, packaging, was all in good shape. This "bubble crease" has to be a production defect. Not very happy, although knowing others had this same issue before me, I was prepared. Other than the crease, which is a big deal, everything else was nice.

Very easy to assemble and great quality. I love that it has wheels and that they glide easily on carpet. I also love that it has two sides. It’s like getting two boards for the price of one. This board is also very easy to clean.

It works great and I use it often although after returning the first one because of a large crease right down the middle due to shipping, I kept the 2nd one ( with yet another crease right down the middle ) because it wasn't "as bad" as the first one :) I read other reviews with the same problem, hope yours doesn't come to you the same way! The board is structurally sound and well put together but the shipping seems to be an issue upon arrival.

Bent on delivery. Works adequately. Thought that flipping would be more useful but just means that you need a lot of room to do so.

Whiteboard arrived with a wavy surface (pictured)...the otherside of the board had a bulge in its surface. Also, a set of dry erase markers were to be included with purchase...did not receive.

Had to return for another one because this one had several creases down the middle of one side. Well made though besides that.
