Great healthy salt. Although too much salt is bad for you I, like many, do like to season my cooking and perhaps used to use too much salt at times. You do of course need a certain amount of salt but I was advised to try LoSalt so I bought some and have never looked back. It tastes great and you can use it knowing it’s far better for you.
