Right size for travel
I bought these to keep in bugout/emergency bags on multiple vehicles. Three vehicles in all, so it gives me an extra to open up and check it out. Seems to be good enough quality for emergency use. I'm 5'-8" and of stocky build and it fits well (covers what needs covering). No, I didn't try to fold it back up to fit in the bag (once the cat is out, it stays out). But at 5"x3"x5/8", it fits into the small pockets on my bags. My opinion, it's a good buy for what I needed.

Use for an event during a heavy rain storm. Good for emergency use but not for spending hours in the rain.
