This by far are the worst don’t buy them the flavor made us throw up and almost broke a tooth trying to bite into them it was so bad I’d never ate something so bad and I’m a chip lover .. couldn’t even return them so pricey I’m so sad

I personally love these! I got the fiery hot flavor and they are so good. They are not big puffs like I thought (I like them smaller so this worked out). They are super crunchy so it satisfies my crunchy cravings. They are spicy, but not crazy hot. This flavor also tastes kinda cheesy as well as hot. The bags are smaller than I pictured, but there’s still plenty of puffs in the bag for a nice snack. They are kinda pricey, but they are a protein snack, so it makes sense.

Not good. Not even a little bit. Go with any Quest chip before choosing these.Two stars. One for delivery promptness, the other for texture. Otherwise, these taste like raw sour protein powder mixed with plastic.You’ve been warned.

I was eating keto two years ago and tried these for the first time then. They provide a satisfying crunch and were great while doing the keto way of eating. I'm eating low carb again now, and bought them again. When I first bought these, they were between 1 to 2g net carbs depending on the flavor, but now these are 4g net carbs. The picture does show this, I just wasn't careful in looking at the photos b/c I had bought these before - that was my bad. I regret buying them now b/c while these do satisfy the crunch, I don't find them worth allotting 4g of net carbs for this. I wish the description was more forthcoming about the fact that these are a totally different recipe (different calorie count, etc.) But, it's not technically the company's fault so I'm not going to give them a low review for my lack of attention to the pictures.In terms of the product itself, they don't taste anything like cheese puffs, so if you're expecting that, you will be disappointed. But, they are extremely crunchy (much more than cheese puffs) and when you're doing keto, the one thing that is hard to replicate is crunchy, salty snacks. So these fill that void.

This product is more of a spice cayenne pepper taste instead of flaming hot!! But still enjoyable!!!

If you like other brands of protein puffs, you might like these; it's essentially that hard texturedp puff that you'd find with most protein puffs that sticks to your teeth. The taste is kind of off as it tends to be with snacks of this nature (especially cheese flavored ones), but it does have some spiciness to it. They definitely got the amount of spiciness just about right. However, I've tried cheaper elsewhere with a similar taste.If you're looking for flaming hot Cheetos and you have no idea what I'm talking about above, I strongly do not recommend this product. If compared to those, they will taste like they've been left out on the counter for a few days and have become hard and stale (mine were not expired, that's how these types of puffs always taste), and somehow have the tang of a sharp cheese without much actual cheese flavour.Perhaps it's because of the shape of the snack being different than most, or the product description, or the price, but I'd sincerely hoped these would be better than other protein puffs. Regrettably, they are not.

The protein content Is great But the taste is absolutely terrible! We only were able to eat like one packet so far!

I don't find myself craving these at all. They look similar to the originals but the texture is not the same at all. They feel like stale and stiff hot Cheeto puffs when you chew them. Hot Cheeto puffs are softer and dissolve way more nicely in your mouth.As far as taste goes, they feel way "cheesier" than the hot Cheeto puffs, almost excessively cheesy.All in all, I wish I could've tried one bag instead of being forced to commit to a 30$ purchase of 12 bags that I regret just a little.I guess considering they're keto, they're not awful. But they're not really very good, either. They're kind of whatever.
