Good scents, but they don't last / Ingredients listed below
I just love the idea of these balms. "Rest" is the nicest lavender scent and spot on. "Rise" is the grapefruit and ginger I expected, but it also smells like something peppery (it's more than just the sharpness of the ginger). Maybe my nose is off these days. But the scents don't last long at all. The lavender oil, ginger root oil, and grapefruit peel oil are all listed last in each balm. I know they are trying to make this gentle on sensitive noses, but it doesn't help if you can't even smell it a half hour later. The ingredients are all natural, and safe to use. The balms come in tubes that twist up like a lipstick. Easy to carry, easy to apply. They are little oily/waxy, but that's expected for balms."REST" INGREDIENTS: SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS (JOJOBA) SEED OIL, EUPHORBIA CERIFERA (CANDELILLA) WAX, COPERNICIA CERIFERA (CARNAUBA) WAX, BUTYROSPERMUM PARKII (SHEA) BUTTER, KAOLIN, HELIANTHUS ANNUUS (SUNFLOWER) SEED WAX, LAVANDULA ANGUSTIFOLIA (LAVENDER) OIL"RISE" INGREDIENTS: SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS (JOJOBA) SEED OIL, COPERNICIA CERIFERA (CARNAUBA) WAX, EUPHORBIA CERIFERA (CANDELILLA) WAX, BUTYROSPERMUM, PARKII (SHEA) BUTTER, KAOLIN, HELIANTHUS ANNUUS (SUNFLOWER) SEED WAX, ZINGIBER OFFICINALE (GINGER) ROOT OIL, CITRUS PARADISI (GRAPEFRUIT) PEEL OILMade in the USA

Smells great!
I love essential oils, and these are handy to have! I am no longer pregnant, but I still use them for calming and relief!

good for general nausea
I sometimes get extreme, debilitating nausea from a medication I take and I'm at the point where I will do anything to try and alleviate it, especially when I have to leave the house soon after taking it (being in the car makes it so much worse... no way around it). These scented balms help a bit, even if it's only because they give me something pleasant (the scents) to focus on instead of how crummy I feel. I don't really believe they have some sort of inrtrinsic healing power but they help me calm down a bit and relax, so that's a benefit.

Convenient Way To Take Essential Oils On The Go But Sadly The Fragrance Is Short Lived
Munchkin Milkmakers Rest + Rise Pregnancy Wellness Balms With Essential Oils makes wearing essential oils and taking them on the go very easy and convenient. Each balm is 0.09 oz with containers that visually remind me of tall, narrow lipstick tubes. The purple container holds the "Rest" Balm which is a Lavender essential oil balm while the pink container holds the "Rise" Balm which is a Grapefruit Ginger essential oil balm. The fragrance of the Lavender is very strong when smelling the scent directly from the container while the Grapefruit Ginger is slightly softer. The Shea Butter and Jojoba Oil balm glided across my skin easily and left a slightly tacky/sticky feeling almost the entire time it was on my skin. It was noticeable and not something I enjoyed. The scents were present upon application but disappeared shortly thereafter so it really didn't give me much time to either rest or rise. I was really disappointed with this. The concept has a lot of positives - using pure essential oils in a convenient pre-assembled balm made from shea butter and jojoba oil. But this mixture lasted noticeably shorter than when I mixed pure essential oil and jojoba oil (in its liquid form) in my home and applied directly to my skin. When I looked to see how much product is in each tube, I was shocked to discover that it looked to be about the same amount found in a standard size tube of Chapstick. When looking at the price and considering the small amount of product, as well as, the short amount of time the balm actually remained fragranced I just can't say it is worth the money. The convenience factor alone cannot justify me buying this product again.

Scent doesn’t last long
My wife is not pregnant but I thought these essential oil rub ons would be great for her. I thought the lavender would be helpful to calm her down, reduce stress, and ease her into a more restful sleep. She also has bouts of nausea so I thought the nausea roll-on would be nice for that to. When applying it, it smells amazing. It is not overly greasy and absorbs very easily into your skin. Unfortunately the scent does not last much longer than just a few seconds. It’s unfortunate because I would love a longer lasting scent for the aromatherapy benefits. If you smell it without applying it to your skin, you seem to get more benefit from that. Overall, this was a nice attempt but unfortunately it just does not pan out.

Nice light scents
I am not pregnant, but I am sensitive to strong smells. I am newly interested in the world of essential oils and also suffer from migranes from time to time which can cause intense nausea. When I saw this set I thought it might help me feel a little better when I am having a migrane. The Rest (Lavender) scent is everything you would expect it to be. The Rise (Grapefruit-Ginger) scent is refreshing. Both are very light and not overwhelming. Sadly however the scents don't last for very long and did not help with my migrane inducing nausea. The lavender is my favorite of the two, because I do find that it helps me to relax and unwind for sleep. Realistically I don't need or want to smell it all night long anyway.

nice scents but don't last long
I loved the scents of these sticks and how I could throw them in my bag and go. The purple stick, rest, has lavender for calming and the pink stick, rise, is grapefruit to boost your mood. I ended up using the rise the most, it helped when I was feeling tired for a quick boost. Balms went on smoothly and weren’t greasy. I typically put these balms either on my wrist or collarbone for an easy way to smell and get the desired effects from these scents. I only wish the scents lasted a bit longer, but it’s easy to reapply as needed
