Engraving is perfect but disappointed with the chain length its too short and looks fragile. Not as expected and little scratches in the bar pendant

The engraving came out good but the chan and the pendent link is different from what is mentioned on the description.

Daughter of the account holder here :) I bought this for my now fiancé over 4 years ago. The pendant is so durable and still looked brand new! I use past tense since the original got lost just a few weeks ago when he did not notice the chain had broken at work. I just reordered the exact same thing because I know what I will get and I know my fiancé will actually like it and wear it everyday still!

This is a nice necklace for the price. I like the simple look it has, and I like stainless steel. The chain itself leaves something to be desired, but I don’t feel like I have to buy a new one.

This stainless steel chain & pendant is very nice. The quality is good and the engraving was done well. I haven't given this to the intended recipient as of yet as I am waiting on his daughter/my granddaughter to be born! I sure my son will really like it! Looks very masculine and definitely will be a reminder of the day his first child was born. I would recommend this product and this vendor.

Got this and it’s already broken before I even got it all out of the package. The metal ring that makes it hang on a necklace isn’t attached to the bar.

I bought these about 6 months ago and they came with the wrong font they were cheap so I just ignored it but after we decided to get our daughters full name on I decided to give them another shot. I emailed the seller about double sure they had my customization request and what had happened previously and they went ahead and refunded me for the purchase from 6 months ago!! They are beautiful and I highly recommend buying these! I am allergic to metal so I put mine on a gold chain.
