My sunflowers. My poor sunflowers. They were being absolutely devastated before I took drastic action. I had 15 beautiful sunflowers and I got down to four before beginning slug genocide.I bought these pellets because they were eco friendly, and not harmful to my soil or the animals that frequent my garden. I didn't want to go for the nuclear option straight away.Unbelievably effective. Two treatments it's all it took to get rid of them slimy sunflowers munchers. I used to pick 15 or 20 slugs off of my plants at night but I've not seen one since I've began using these.Super easy to use, a load of blue pellets.I highly, highly recommend this product!

Sadly did not work!

I don’t like using chemicals around things that I am growing. However this year the slugs were repeatedly decimating everything! I do still worry that that have a detrimental affect on hedgehogs and wildlife and I’m not sure that I believe that they are ‘suitable for organic gardening’.
