Is there any way to increase output power to make it charge faster? (step up convertors, power outlets instead of 12v cigarette lighter)

We are using the standard QI protocol. The maximum output power protocol is 15W. Voltage 12V-1.25A. How much power the transmitter outputs. Depends on the signal the receiver is giving him. if you need more power. Then it must be used in conjunction with the receiver. Those are all private custom agreements.

Can the wires from the board to the coils be lengthened?

If you will use iron welding. Then this line can be extended. But it is best not to exceed 20CM. If the line is too long, it will affect the charging effect.

Will I need to step up to 24v or 12v input from cigarette lighter is enough to get 24v output?

12V from a cigarette lighter is fine. Max amp draw at 12V is only 1.25 amps. Amp draw at 24V is 0.625 A. Ohm's law.

How much depth can this charge at 15ws through? My case is pretty thick, and obviously a panel cover as well.

The farthest charging distance is 5MM. If the thickness of the cover and phone case exceeds 5MM, it may not be able to charge.
