Select Club DB Soccer Ball

We've owned at least a dozen soccer balls of varying brands over the last few years, but this was our first Select ball. It's head and shoulders above the others in this price range when it comes to feel and quality. My son uses it for practice but it often gets used as the game ball in his games because of the higher quality relative to so many of the other balls. As others have mentioned, the only negative is it doesn't hold air quite as well as some other brands. I top it off with a quick shot of air every week or two, which takes all of about 30 to 60 seconds of my time. Small price to pay for all the positive qualities of this ball.

UPDATE: Was able to find customer service email. They are honoring the one year manufacturer warranty and sending us a new ball. My kids will be psyched, it was their favorite. Really liked this ball for my sons. Used it for practice and game for 4-8 yr old age range. Very durable …… until it just wouldn’t stay inflated. Super frustrating to get what I thought was a great ball and only lasted 3 months.

Maybe it’s just a defect with our particular ball but the ball doesn’t hold air very well. It’s noticeably softer within a couple hours of it being fully inflated. The texture and quality of the ball otherwise seems really good but it not holding air makes it useless.

BEST soccer balls ever! This is the only brand that we buy. They last a long time and very limited wear.

This ball may look plain, but don’t be fooled. This ball is fantastic. Generally speaking, balls in the same price categories by Nike, Adidas, etc., are nowhere near the quality. While their balls feel thin & cheap at this price point, the quality of this ball is evident from the moment you first pump it up. It may not quite be a match quality ball, but it’s an excellent training ball that takes a beating & maintains its shape & integrity. Worth every penny.
